I-GOT-IT and Jamaica

We will have two games available this month. I-GOT-IT, a dice game and Jamaica, a strategy game. Please select the game you plan to play: I-GOT-IT has a maximum of 8 and Jamaica has a maximum of 5 players.

Object of the Game: “I-GOT-IT” is a dice rolling gambling game from Parker Brothers featuring cards with all possible die rolls on them. Rolling correct numbers results in winning bets on particular die rolls.

Object of the Game: "Jamaica", is a pirate-themed tactical race game with player interaction and side goals (e.g. detouring for treasure). Players gather food, gold, and cannon balls. But beware, on your travels around the island of Jamaica, you will have to pay food and or gold, and perhaps battle with another player. The winner is the player who best balances their position in the race with their success at the side goals.

We ask that you bring your own snacks and beverages (in reusable containers). We also ask that you bring a $3 for the church hall rental. Thanks for your co-operation.

Our monthly bridge club will meet at Grace Church, on the second Thursday of each month.

Join us for a fun afternoon of bidding and calling, sure to keep you on your toes.

Feel free to bring along your own snacks and beverages (reusable containers preferred). We also remind you to bring a TOONIE, that we'll collect at each game, and donate to Grace Church.

Registration for Bridge will open three weeks before the scheduled date. Should registration be closed due to capacity reached, please join the wait list, so we can determine if an additional table can be pulled together.

Come out and join us at the Velodrome to walk with the “In-Stride Walking Club”. Every Monday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (or your choice to stay longer) we will meet and enjoy walking the track.

All you have to do is purchase a membership from the Town of Milton at the cost of $34.77/year (including tax) and put on your walking shoes to enjoy the panoramic views and get in some steps. If you wish, we can go for coffee or breakfast after our walk and continue to enjoy the fellowship of the “In-Stride Walking Club”.

The Dinner Club (Fri, April 17, 2026)

The idea is that Escarpment Probus couples meet about six times a year to enjoy a dinner that each couple provides a part of. Each couple will host at least once in their own home. Two single people working together is considered a couple. At the start of the season, each couple will be able to purchase a cookbook which will contain all the recipes for the season. The cookbook will also give details of who is hosting each month and who their guests will be. There are four couples at each dinner, including the hosts. The cookbook also advised on who will be making what.

Each couple is responsible for making 1/4 of the meal and providing the cost of their ingredients. The cost of the meal will then be divided equally between the couples. Each couple will bring their own wine/ beer/etc.

Sharon White is hosting the upcoming Wednesday Jokers at Grace Church Hall. We will need extra games so please indicate if you can bring a board, marbles, and cards.

We have set the limit to 20. If it is full, please add your name to the waitlist and when we get another complete table of four, we will up the limit and you will get a confirmation email.

We ask that you bring your own snacks and beverages (in reusable containers). We also ask that you make a $3 donation for our use of the church hall. Thanks for your co-operation.
