Is it only about genetics and lifestyle? How would your health be different if you lived in a different country or were born in a different time in history? Join sociologist Dr. Sarah M. Alexander as she explores the topic of health as a product of social conditions.

Dr. Sarah Alexander is a social scientist and educator with Ph.D. in Development Sociology from Cornell University. She specializes in community development and environmental issues. Sarah enjoys sharing different ways in which lessons from sociology and other social sciences can help us understand our everyday lives.
